Los Angeles alt-rock band Silversun Pickups is set to release their new studio album, titled Tenterhooks, on February 6 through New Machine Recordings. Silversun Pickups are so exciting and fun to watch! Their vocals are either as good as the album or better. Watching the way they interact with the audience is so much fun and hilarious. I saw them ten years ago in the Mondavi Center in Davis, and what could have been awkward (It’s a symphony hall with stuffy and strict rules for seating), was great. Between them and the acts they choose to open, you are guaranteed to experience a really good show! I chose to see them instead of attend Aftershock, and I was in very good company. I would love to see them again!
